Research Opportunities

There are many many great opportunities for you as undergraduate students to conduct research.  If you’re interested in a career in Animal Behavior, or any field of biology, I highly recommend applying for one of these.  Please feel free to add others you come across in the comments section!

 

1.  Summer research experience for undergraduates in Animal Behavior Research

This program offers a unique opportunity for talented undergraduates to do state-of-the-art research and gain valuable skills while exploring career opportunities in Animal Behavior.
Hosted by Indiana University in Bloomington (one of the best departments in the country for animal behavior research).

4.  NOAA – NGI Diversity Internship

Career exploration in a variety of fields studied by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Northern Gulf Institute (NGI) scientists including coastal science, fisheries management, climate change, ecosystem management, engineering and socio-economic data analysis.
